Bala Venkatesan
Founding Partner
Over a banking career spanning 23 years, Bala has managed FICC businesses, across the region, for 2 global banks. He has levered his experience of emerging markets, to build & develop franchise & presence for the firms.
In recent years, he has transited from banking to strategic consulting in financial markets & private investing. For his consulting firm, REDE Services LLP, and as a senior adviser to a global consulting major, his clients included a global asset manager, global banks & a market facilitator.
Bala is a member of the Inst. of Chtd. Accts. of India & the Inst. of Mgmt. Accts. of India. He holds a Master of Mgmt. Studies from the Jamnalal Bajaj Inst. of Mgmt. Studies, Mumbai. Born in Mumbai, India, he has lived and worked out of Singapore since 1997.
Rachita Jain
Founding Partner
Rachita graduated with honors from Princeton University where she studied economics and finance. She worked in investment banking in New York, where she advised companies in the financial technology space on financing as well as M&A. She is excited to work with entrepreneurs on advising and growing early stage ventures.
